Made from food grade PTFE Teflon® this 2" Tri Clover gasket is ideal for high temperature locations such as where a connection will exist in the heat wash of a burner.  Because it is a relatively hard gasket it is the gasket of choice where you want the two fittings to be able to rotate on each other such as a rotating racking arm. Does not work to connect a single fitting to a Sanke keg flange. Use the silicone O-ring from the Sanke Keg Fermenter Kit.

Temperature range is -100*F to 500*F
