Brewers Hardware now has the hard-to-find 6" Tri Clover Cap. Having several extra tri clover caps around is always a good idea. They are usually put in place over the open end of a valve to keep it sanitary. They can also be drilled and welded to make other fittings. .315" thick, this is one big piece of 304 stainless steel!
