12" Weldless Thermowell
Using the same face-sealing o-ring design as our popular weldless bulkheads, this thermowell was designed from the ground up to be a weldless thermowell. 12" penetration into the vessel, with a .27" ID to fit most digital controller/thermometer sensors. Saves the expense of adding a weldless bulkhead first, then adding a thermowell to that. Includes 2 silicone o-rings and locknut. 304 stainless.
New 12" Version!
requires 1/2" hole and has 1/2" X 20UNF threads. Also requires a wrench or channel locks that can grab a 1-1/8" hex.

Dave CJun 4, 2018, 11:03Just bought a 2nd one to add to my 2nd SS Brewtech BrewBucket stainless steel fermenter! I just drill/punch a 1/2" hole in the center of the lid and voila, I can use my Inkbird temp controller to read the temps of the wort in the CENTER of the vessel. Perfect!
