Our 63 Gallon series of Brewing Kettles share these common features:

• Fitted for Tri Clover Compatible Tri Clamp Fittings.
• Skirted design with a raised floor with a bottom drain near the edge of the kettle allows for complete draining with no pickup tube.
• Bottom draining outlet is positioned at the edge of the kettle rather than from the center to minimize any wort scorching in the tube.
• 1" Tri Clover Compatible outlet and Whirlpool Inlet.
• 1" Tri Clover Compatible Tri Clamp Temperature Port located Above the Outlet Ferrule
• 26" Diameter X 33.875" Tall with Heavy Duty 1.2mm Wall Thickness.
• Included Lid Features a Hook to Hang Lid from the Kettle Rim.
• 304 Stainless Steel, Polished Inside and Out.
• Intended for a 1BBL batch size.

The Boil Kettle Version also includes:

• 1" Tri Clover Compatible Butterfly Valves for the outlet and inlet.
• Cap to seal the temperature port.
• Required Clamps and Gaksets. (3 clamps and 3 gaskets)

Just like commercial scale equipment, our 45 gallon boil kettle has a tangential inlet for forming a clockwise whirlpool. This makes a drastic reduction in chilling time when used with an immersion chiller and also creates a nice hop/trub pile in the center of the kettle, minimizing trub entering your fermenters. The 63 gallon volume is perfect for a 1.5 BBL batch size, this kettle is very popular for commercial craft brewers putting together a decent sized pilot system.
