BH15 Pilot System Manifold
Now offering our pilot system manifold as a standalone product! If you own kettles already and are interested in never having to do hosing changes ever again, this is the manifold for you.
It features our j-tube design that will be custom fabricated to match your stand specifications.
Please specifiy the distance between the center of each kettle outlet in the boxes below.
Because this is a custom piece, the lead time is 2-3 weeks.

1.5" Pump Mount Plate for 1.5" tubing
The same pump mount that come with our Brewstand. Bolts to a Standard Chugger, March 809/815 pump, or Blichmann RipTide pump, and clamps to a 1.5" diameter tube.

Chugger Max Pump Mount Plate for 1.5" Tubing
This pump mount is similar to the version that comes with our brew stand, but is compatible with Chugger MAX pumps. Clamps to a 1.5" diameter tube.
Please select which pump model from the drop-down menu. The mounting holes will be in different locations depending on which pump model you choose.

Back to back clamp mounts for clamping 1" OD tube or pipe parallel to 1.5" OD tube or pipe. We use this for mounting gas rails to the lower 1.5" OD members of our Brewstand. Includes a silicone bushing to allow for clamping of 1/2" NPT iron pipe. Made of 304SS, welded in house.
