Flanged Tri Clover Compatible gaskets have a small flange around the circumference of the gasket, holding it in place on one of the two fittings.  This allows for a much easier overall operation. Silicone offers a wide temperature operating range while maintaining flexibility.  Ideal for high temperature locations such as where a connection will exist in the heat wash of a burner.  Softer than the PTFE Teflon tri clover gasket, this silicone tri clover gasket is is easier to keep a drip free seal across a wider temperature range.
