Brewers Hardware Exclusive 1/2" Cam Lock Cam and Groove Coupler X 1/2" High Flow Hose Barb. This is the most popular fitting and is used at either end of your hose to connect to a Cam and Groove Adapter. Made of 316 stainless steel. Also known as a Type C Cam and Groove Coupler.

Cam and Groove or CamLock fittings offer the best value for your dollar for quick-disconnect brewery fittings.  Until now the biggest drawback has been the very small inner diameter of the coupler X hose connection.  Brewers Hardware purchased a new mold at the foundry that casts the parts and had this new high-flow full bore cam and groove fitting made.  Single piece casting and a proper length barb for the best overall piece available.  Compatible with other cam and groove fittings in the 1/2" size including SnapLock and ProFlow.

    What can you say? It is a quick disconnect. The ID is way better than my "regular" cam locks, huge plus. A bit of a stretch to get the tubing to fit. I used a 24.1mm ear clamp on them. Probably go one size bigger ear clamp if you are going to use reinforced silicone tubing. Now the restriction point is at my dip tube on the kettle but there is a lot more flow now.
