We are happy to announce our mail-in pump head welding service! We know some customers already own a pump and don't want to have to re-buy a tri clover compatible pump head, so now we are offering to add tri clover compatible flanges to your current pump head.

This service is for any stainless steel Chugger, Chugger MAX, or March 800 series pump head. We invested in custom fixtures that allow us to cleanly cut off the threaded portion of the pump head in our cold saw and then weld on a Tri Clover Compatible flange in our computer controlled orbital welder. The Tri Clover compatible flange will match the inside diameter of the pump. The result is the cleanest Tri Clover compatible conversion on the market.

Once you place your order, print out a copy of your receipt with the invoice # and include it in the shipping box. You only need to include the pump head. We do not need the motor assembly, gaskets, or any other part of the pump.

NOTE: Please make sure to clean the head before sending it to us. Uncleaned pump heads will be returned.
