Most in stock items ordered by 2PM PST Monday through Friday should ship out same day. Out of stock items, custom and in-house welded items, conicals, or kettles may delay shipping but you will receive an update if the order will be delayed. Holidays may cause a delay as well. If your order has not shipped out within 1-2 business days and you haven't received an update, please feel free to email or give us a call.
