Our 63 Gallon Kettles are heavy duty and are shipped via freight to ensure a proper delivery and so no damage occurs during shipping. Please select freight options from the drop-down menus below. Our 63 Gallon series of Brewing Kettles share these common features:
- Fitted for Tri Clover Compatible Tri Clamp Fittings.
- Skirted design with a raised floor with a bottom drain near the edge of the kettle allows for complete draining with no pickup tube.
- Bottom draining outlet is positioned at the edge of the kettle rather than from the center to minimize any wort scorching in the tube.
- 1" Tri Clover Compatible outlet
- 1" Tri Clover Compatible Tri Clamp Temperature Port located Above the Outlet Ferrule
- 26" Diameter X 33.875" Tall with Heavy Duty 1.2mm Wall Thickness.
- Included Lid Features a Hook to Hang Lid from the Kettle Rim.
- 304 Stainless Steel, Polished Inside and Out.
- Intended for a 1.5 BBL batch size.
The Hot Liquor Tank Version also includes:
- 1" Tri Clover Compatible Butterfly Valve for the outlet.
- Cap to seal the temperature port.
- Required Clamps and Gaksets. (2 clamps and 2 gaskets)
The 63 gallon volume is perfect for a 1.5 BBL batch size, this kettle is very popular for commercial craft brewers putting together a decent sized pilot system.
