Mounted on a 1.5" Tri Clamp Compatible flange. Bottom stem mount.

Mounted on a 1.5" Tri Clamp Compatible flange. A diaphragm isolates the gauge from the liquid being measured. This gauge is oil filled for a long life and stable reading. Bottom Stem Mount.
The gauge shouldn't be taken apart but if it is it should be refilled with a gauge fill fluid such as mineral oil or glycerin to properly transfer pressure.

Benjamin HockingApr 16, 2017, 10:58This piece is high prices but if you want a sanitary pressure gauge on a fermenter this the the best choice. Quality is what you would expect from brewers hardware. It does come in a Styrofoam case for protection. Would be nice to see it in a bit nice case for long term use.
