The shipping industry domestically and internationally has changed drastically over the past few months due to COVID-19. Carriers are experiencing challenges with meeting shipping demands and delivery dates in industries around the world. Things are constantly changing and we are doing our best to adapt to new rules and regulations. Given the ever evolving state of things, there are a few changes we are making to ensure your orders get to you as soon as possible.

 

  • We added live chat to the website! If you have a question you need answered quickly, this is the best option or give us a call.
  • Most orders placed by 2PM PST on Monday - Friday ship out same day but may experience carrier transit delays.
  • Most international orders will now ship through UPS instead of USPS. The United States Postal Service notified customers that they are suspending mail services to certain countries temporarily. The list of countries is constantly changing so we will be shifting most of our international freight to UPS.
  • We ask if you are on a deadline with receiving your parts, please try and place an order as early as possible and/or leave a comment on the order if you would like an expedited shipping quote.
